Journal Exercise
There are six aspects or components to any coping system:
- Attitude
- Support systems
- Respite
- Exercise
- Self-nurture
- Spirituality
Journal your responses to the following questions:
- Attitude: What am I seeking in my life?
- Support: What do my current support systems look like? Are they working?
- Respite: Do I take regular breaks from my work? (daily, monthly)
- Exercise: What form of regular exercise might I build into my
life which would give me energy and help manage my stress?
- Self-Care: How might I acknowledge myself, in a positive way, on a daily basis? What would this look like?
- Spirituality: How do I tend to my spiritual well-being?
