Journal Exercise

There are six aspects or components to any coping system:

  1. Attitude
  2. Support systems
  3. Respite
  4. Exercise
  5. Self-nurture
  6. Spirituality

Journal your responses to the following questions:

  1. Attitude: What am I seeking in my life?



  2. Support: What do my current support systems look like? Are they working?



  3. Respite: Do I take regular breaks from my work? (daily, monthly)



  4. Exercise: What form of regular exercise might I build into my life which would give me energy and help manage my stress?



  5. Self-Care: How might I acknowledge myself, in a positive way, on a daily basis? What would this look like?



  6. Spirituality: How do I tend to my spiritual well-being?
